Adani Enterprises: Adani Data Network has been granted a unified access services license, according to two official sources, which enables it to provide all telecom services in the country. Adani Data Networks Ltd (ADNL), a part of Adani Enterprises Ltd, has acquired the right to use 400 MHz spectrum in the 26 GHz millimeter wave band worth 212 crore for 20 years in the recent 5G spectrum auction.

Tata Consultancy Services: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the country’s largest exporter of IT services, said Tuesday it is confident of double-digit revenue growth in the current fiscal year and will target a similar performance in FY24 as well. For the first half of this fiscal year, the turnover of the Tata Group company increased by 17.1% to 1.08 lakh crore

infosys: IT Major Infosys said on Tuesday that the company’s president, Ravi Kumar S, has resigned from his post, effective October 11. “The Board of Directors has expressed its deep appreciation for the services rendered by Ravi Kumar S. for his contributions to the company,” Infosys said in its legal documents. Infosys gave no reason for his departure in the statement.

Shivalik Bimetallic Controls: The board of directors of this metal company has set October 13, 2022 as the record date for the issuance of bonus shares. The bonus shares are issued on an ex-date basis, which means that the shares are traded ex-bonus today. The board of the company also has bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2, which means that a shareholder gets one free bonus share for holding 2 paid-up share capital of the company on the record date.

Delta Corp: In its second quarter earnings report, Delta Corp reported a year-over-year net profit of 68.3 crore compared to a loss of 75 crore in the same quarter last year. The casino operator has clocked a sequential growth of 19.5% in consolidated profits and revenues increased by 8% over the same period to 270 crores.

Facilities and services of Karya: This BSE-listed company has set October 13, 2022 as the record date for the issuance of bonus shares on an ex-date basis, meaning that the BSE-listed share will start trading ex-bonus shares today. The board of directors of the company has already approved and announced the issuance of bonus shares in a ratio of 1:1, meaning that there is one bonus share for every paid-up capital held by the shareholder in the record date of bonus shares.

Marksans Pharma: Drug company Marksans Pharma said on Tuesday it has signed a pact with Tevapharm India to acquire its Goa-based bulk pharmaceutical formulas business. The company has entered into a business transfer agreement with Tevapharm to acquire its business of manufacturing and supplying bulk pharmaceutical formulations as a going concern based on a decline.

Suzlon Energy: Suzlon Group, a provider of renewable energy solutions, said Tuesday it has won a new order for the development of a 144.9 Megawatt (MW) wind project from the Aditya Birla Group. The project, the company added, is located at sites in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh and is expected to be commissioned in 2023. The value of the deal has not yet been determined.

Adani Green: Adani Green Energy said Tuesday that its Adani Renewable Energy Holding Four arm has incorporated two new subsidiaries. These two subsidiaries are Adani Renewable Energy Forty Four Ltd (ARE44L) and Adani Renewable Energy Forty Eight Ltd (ARE48L), according to a BSE filing. The main purpose of the new subsidiaries is to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transport, sell and supply all types of power or electrical energy, using wind energy, solar energy or other renewable energy sources.

IndusInd Bank: US-based hedge fund Route One Fund I LP sold a 1.54 percent stake in IndusInd Bank on Tuesday for 1,401 crore through an open market transaction. Route One Fund I LP has sold 1.2 million shares, representing a 1.54% stake in the company, according to data available from the NSE. The shares were sold at an average price of 1,168.26 each, with the transaction value to 1,401.91 crores.
